Symptoms
12.1.3 environment
Customer is facing issues with CLM_DOCUMENT_NUMBER in PO_HEADERS_ALL, which is blank for newly created Purchase Orders.
(CLM=Contract Lifecycle Management for Public Sector)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Navigate to PO Entry form and create a new PO
- Query the PO in sql*plus and notice CLM_DOCUMENT_NUMBER in TABLE PO_HEADERS_ALL for the new PO is null
12.2.x environment
As per standard functionality for 12.2.x instances, the CLM_DOCUMENT_NUMBER field has the same value as SEGMENT1 and is populated automatically with the PO number, whether it is a non-CLM environment or CLM enabled environment.
