Symptoms

 When releasing Planned orders from Advance Planning System(APS) and firming them as they are released.
Planned orders for buy items are turned into requisitions and then autocreated into purchase orders. The purchase orders are not firming automatically.
After the purchase order is created, the Firm checkbox in the Term screen is not checked.
