Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When running "All Inventories Value Report", the output shows wrong value. The value is calculated based on wrong Item Cost.
When running the report As of Date is set to 30-JUN-2020 23:59:59. On 30-JUN-2020 23:59:59, the cost of the item should be 4272.782934 but the report shows Quantity = 1 and Value = 3931.431129 i.e it retrieves wrong Item Cost.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

"All Inventories Value Report" output shows correct value.
