Unable To Implement Forecasted WO Due To Invalid Firm flag value (Doc ID 2720026.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, PM

When attempting to implement forecasted work order, the following error occurs.

The entity with header id (1) generated the following error / errors

The WO creation API logs showed
Within the Log Error Procedure . . .
Scope: R
Entity Index: 1
Error Level: 1
Error Status: E
Other Status: E
Other Message: EAM_WO_ATTVAL_CSEV_SKIP

Entity Id: WO
Entity Index: 1
Message: Firm Planned Flag (0) is invalid.
Entity Id: WO

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. forecast work order
2. implement work order
3. observe error
