Publication Of Models With PIM Attributes Failing (Doc ID 2720166.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Runtime Core

When attempting to publish a model that have PIM attributes to a different target than import source,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

BOM Synchronization, version 120.12.12020000.8, started 2020/07/24/13:45:51, session run ID: 412297
The Inventory Item OWC_TEST_OC_1 with parent OWC_TEST_MODEL_1 does not have the user-defined attribute ATTRIBUTE.
Unable to proceed with publishing because the configuration model 'OWC TEST MODEL FOR SR(123 4567890)' does not match the corresponding bill on the target server. The model has not been published.
Process terminated for publication_id: 564455
Fatal publication error, process aborted for publication 564455: Fatal error reported
Fatal publication error, process aborted for publication 564455: Fatal error reported
Parent model in publication (migration) request : 1765400
Source publication : 564455 target publication

1. Configurator Developer responsibility
2. Publish a model that have PIM attributes to a different target than import source
