ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Getting duplicate work orders when using forecast via Maintenance Workbench.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
No duplicate work orders should be generated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enterprise Asset Management responsibility
2. Work Order Planning > Maintenance Workbench
3. Launch the workbench
4. Run forecasts.
