Penserver - Assignment Record Is Showing As Opt Out In Extract Results Incorrectly (Doc ID 2720276.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Customer has done some internal transfers which meant that they had to do a terminate process assignment. Then they put the end status on the record and created a new assignment, transferred the pension details from the old people group to the new people group.

However, this is showing an opt out record within extract results the day after the end status has been applied which is erroneous.

OO record should have not been produced

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do an internal transfer, create a new assignment and terminate the old one
2. Transfer the pension details from old people group to the new one
3. Run Penserver and check the Service History extract
