GST : Performance issue when querying in receipts form (Doc ID 2720597.1)

Performance issue observed when trying to query existing requisitions in receipts screen under Find Expected Receipts.
If receipt has multiple lines on checking checkbox for line 1 and moving onto next line the screen gets hanged indefinitely. 
Because of this unable to create any receipts in system .

Steps for replication
----------------------
1. Navigate to Oracle Purchasing --> Receiving --> Receipts
2. Turn off the Custom Code
3. Query for an Existing Requisition in "Find Expected Receipts" screen.
4. If receipt has multiple lines, enable the Check box for the first line and click on the second line.
5. The screen hangs and unable to perform any other steps.
6. It automatically comes back to normal, (to second line) after some time.

Expected Behavior 
---------------------
Expects that the receipts should be allowed for creation without any performance issue.
