Facing Error APP-PAY-06153 While Using HRMS Responsiblity (Doc ID 2720776.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Generic HRMS

When attempting to access any menu in a specific HRMS responsibility,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
APP-PAY-06153: System Error: Procedure INIT_FORMS at Step 1.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using XX HRMS Manager responsibility
2. Navigate to People->Enter and Maintain or any other form
3. Above Error occurs
