Symptoms

After applying Patch 30272453 when running PATPOB: PRC:Generate Initial Performance Obligation Accounting Events, they get an error

Allocate additional memory for main cache
Allocate ksv if needed
Store pointer to text strings in last ksv element so we can free later
AutoAccounting expects 10 parameter values per transaction, but this
version of PATPOB provides 9
AutoAccounting configured to accept incompatible number of parameters
patpae main: pattin() returned error
