Symptoms
Starting Internal Concurrent Manager (ICM) using adcmctl.sh script is failing and throwing the below error:
Cause: insert_icm_record failed due to ORA-12899: value too large for column "APPLSYS"."FND_CONCURRENT_PROCESSES"."NODE_NAME" (actual: 31, maximum: 30).
Changes
The client has the hostname O/S parameter set as xxxxxxxxebs002.xxxxxxxxxx.co.xx which is 31 characters.
