Symptoms

When searching using attributes like 'Status' or 'Severity', the search takes a long time for the Audit Report output to be generated.

After entering the date parameters the performance of search is still not improving.

Steps
(R) Service
(N) Service Request > Find Service request

 - Query SR
 - Tools 1 > Audit Report.
