Task Note Performance Issues In Contact Center (Doc ID 2721365.1)

Symptoms

When querying an account (e.g. for account number 1234) in Contact Center, users are experiencing performance issues when navigating to Tasks > Add Notes. Performance is also seen when first opening a dashboard (Dashboard tab > View Details for example dashboard, Order Items) and then navigating to Tasks > Add Notes.

Steps
(R) Customer Support
(N) Customer Management > Contact Center
Open the Dashboard

Navigate to Tasks > Add Notes

Users see a performance issue.
