Is there any way to control security per Item Level in One Price List?

Here is a requirement:

a) Within same operating unit, there are more than one business group.
b) All business groups sharing the same customer and Price List Header.
c) One of the business group items are not to be visible or to be masked for pricing and so that no other Business unit people should see or view or edit.

d)    Example:  Price List -A
i.    Item A –  Price – X – for BU – 1
ii.    Item B -  Price – Y - for BU - 2
iii.    Item C -  Price - Z – for BU - 3

BU 1 only show the Item A, BU-2 also shows Item B, BU-3 also shows Item C.
