Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Following the B) steps in the below note to move an employee to a new payroll with a new PAYE reference :

Steps to Transfer Employees From One Tax Reference to Another (Doc ID 2066636.1)


Users terminated the assignment and then created a new one, but FPS run for the old payroll is not showing leaving date.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Terminate the old assignment in old payroll on 31st Oct. Make sure it is not primary assignment as on 31st Oct.
If it is the primary, then make the other active assignment as primary before 31st Oct.
2) Create a new assignment on 1st Nov in the new payroll.
3) Generate FPS for payment and termination information for the old Assignment in Old Payroll.
4) Note that the termination date is not picked by FPS
