Unable To Open Installation Details At Line Level From Sales Order HTML (Doc ID 2721546.1)

On : 12.2.8 version, Transaction Entry

When attempting to  open Installation Details at line level actions from Sales Order HTML UI
An error message is displayed.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log Into Order management HTML responsibility.
2. Open any Sales Order in Entered/Booked status. Ensure Item line details are entered. Now try to select a line and try to open "Installation Details" from the LOV. Click on Go.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view Installation details form Sales Order HTML UI.
