ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After applying Patch 31201616:R12.BEN.C the COBRA Notification letter is not pulling in the names of the plans.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see the COBRA eligible plans under "I (We) elect COBRA continuation coverage in the plan(s) as indicated below:"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request.
3. Select Request Name "COBRA Benefit Notification Letter" and enter the necessary details.
4. Click the Submit button and View Output following completion.
See that the list of plans is missing.
