Issue With EAM_WORK_ORDERS_V When Parent_wip_entity_id Field Is Populated (Doc ID 2721611.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to query a work order via the forms with a value in parent_wip_enity_id,
the following error occurs. These work orders are created via Oracle API. This query works
fine in EAM self service.


ERROR

FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be rtrieved


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create work order via Oracle API.
2. Query work order via Work Orders forms.
3. The aforementioned error appears.
