Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN
Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/xxx/EBSapps/appl/pay/12.0.0/patch/115/import/pyseedbal.lct(120.6.12020000.7), /xxx/EBSapps/appl/per/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/loc_za/perzabaltype.ldt) to staging tables
Dumping LCT file /xxx/EBSapps/appl/pay/12.0.0/patch/115/import/pyseedbal.lct(120.6.12020000.7) into FND_SEED_STAGE_CONFIG
Dumping LDT file /xxx/EBSapps/appl/per/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/loc_za/perzabaltype.ldt into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY

Cause: The attribute balance_category_id cannot be updated with the API pay_blt_bus.chk_non_updateable_args because it has already be set.
Action: Respecify the attribute value for balance_category_id or contact your local support representative.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Apply patch:31300910(ZA: NEW SARS CODES INTRODUCED BY BRS V19.0 TO 19.3)
- Apply hrglobal
- Worker job fails loading perzabaltype.ldt
