ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Find that tax is not getting calculate on Purchase Order for newly define tax regime

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------

TCS tax related information to be calculated at receipt level.
 

STEPS
--------

1. Define the new regime like TCS
2. Create the Purchase Order and save it
3. Navigate to tolls > India Tax Details
4. Try to attach the newly define tax rate for TCS
5. Click on apply button , find that tax amount is coming as zero , it is not
   being calculated as per tax rate
