Goal

Buyer is not able to select line type Fixed Price Services in the LOV for Complex PO document type
As per the backend query, it doesn't pick 'Fixed Price Services'.
WHERE (order_type_lookup_code NOT IN ('FIXED PRICE', 'RATE') AND outside_operation_flag <> 'Y') ORDER BY line_type
