The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a document agent. It listens a creating document, where owner object type is VOYAGE. This agent has only one action -raise custom event
2. Create a document with owner object type VOYAGE.
3. Upload an XML Transmission for generation document
4. There is an exception in logs of this transmission.
