ORA-01403 When Attempting to Add a Quote Transition (Doc ID 2722087.1)

On : 12.2.7 version, FORMS User Interface

The following error is seen when attempting to add a quote status transition from draft to approval pending
 

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-01403: no data found
FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062.




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Quoting Sales Manager responsibility
2. Setup > Quote Status
3. Find Draft status and attempt to add transition to approval pending.

Changes

 Also noticed that the Operating Unit field was not displayed on the form,
 even though the form version of QOTHDQST.fmb included enhancement 25317361 - STATUS TRANSITION BY OPERATING UNIT AT QUOTING FORMS UI
