On : 12.1.3 version, Inventory Costing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While updating Pending Costs to Frozen Standard Costs, the system does not work with the parameter:

Item_ranger = Based on rollup items

All parameters:

Parameters passed to this function: Single_item: X, Item Range code: X, Category_set_id: X,
Category_id: X, Organization ID: XX, Cost type ID: XXXX, Item From:<item number>, Item To:<item number>

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The customer expects to be able to use the parameter Item_ranger = Based on rollup items, while running the Update Standard Costs program and updating Pending Costs to Frozen Standard Costs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Cost Management - SLA
2. Navigate to Item Cost > Standard Cost Update > Update Cost
3. Perform a check of the system and see the Update Standard Costs process does not work with the parameter: Item_ranger = Based on rollup items.
