Why Accept/Reject buttons appear in mail instead 'Please Click Here To Respond' link ?


1. Do a change request for a purchase order
2. See notification:
Action Required: Change request for <SUPPLIER NAME> for Standard Purchase Order XXXXXX,0 (Total 23434 USD)

3. See the bottom:
Approve/Reject URL

It should show:
"Please click here to respond"
