Search Using Assignment Complete Is No - Shows Wrong Work Orders In The Result Table (Doc ID 2722799.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Search using Assignment Complete is No - shows wrong work orders in the result table.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Correct work orders should be shown when using the Assignment Complete.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search Using “Assignment Complete – No”.
2. Assign Resource Hours.
3. Assignment Complete.
4. After Search again for “Assignment Complete – No”, this work order should not be in results table.

However, it doesn’t work when work order operations has more than one instances required:

1. Search Using “Assignment Complete – No”.
2. Assign Resource Hours for Op 'x'.
3. Assign Resource Hours for Op 'y'.
4. Assignment is Completed.
5. After Search again for “Assignment Complete – No”, this work order should not be in results table .
