Additional Category Sets Automatically Populating After Upgrade From 12.1.3 To 12.2.9 (Doc ID 2723169.1)

Actual Behavior

Category Sets Automatically Populating after Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.9

We are finding that additional category sets are defaulting after upgrade to 12.2.9 from 12.1.3.
Prior to the upgrade, only the Inventory category set would be defaulted when creating a new item.
Now several category sets are being populated on any new item created.

Expected Behavior

Expect default category assignment to be the same as seen in 12.1.3 application.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inventory > Items > Master Items
2. Create item with Process Manufacturing attributes enabled
3. See several additional category sets assigned to the item.
