R12 UK-PAY: P45 Generating for Death in Service Leavers (Doc ID 2723175.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

The customer has terminated the employee with 'LR - Death in Service' termination reason and completed the P45 Process.

P45 issued to an employee who died in service, but P45 should not be produced for a decesead employee.

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to UK HRMS Responsibility
2. (N) > People > Enter and Maintain > search employee
3. Terminate an employee > Fill Date of Death
4. Run P45 and notice that the output is generated although the above field is already populated
