Symptoms
On : R12.2 Taiwan Localization, Autoinvoice Import.
When attempting to Run Autoinvoice Import in a Taiwan localization instance
the following error occurs in the import log.
ERROR

Error calling ar_gdf_validation.is_gdf_valid()
Error calling raagdf()
Error calling raapic()
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Run Autoinvoice for a Taiwan Source.
2. Order does not import and no errors in Exception Report
3. See the error in the Autoinvoice Import log file.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import sales orders for Taiwan.
