Unable to access corrective action collection plans after upgrading
Failure of Web Server bridge:
No backend server available for connection:timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update to 12.2.9
2. Quality Workbench - Corrective Actions
3. Unable able to access previously entered instances OR create new ones.
