On : 12.2.9 version, Collection Elements
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Standard collection elements are not showing any values in LOV based on Validation SQL on the element
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the standard collection element to return values in LOV
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Resp: Quality
2. Go to enter quality results and open LOV for element disposition source
3. See that no records are returned. The SQL validation query when run independently returns
5 records
