Notes Not Showing in the Lifecyle Tab (Doc ID 2723936.1)

Goal

After entering and saving a Note in the Lifecycle tab of Advanced Collections, the note doesn't show when the record is queried again.


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Collections Agent
Navigation
: Collections

  1. Query a customer, click on the Lifecycle Tab, select a Delinquency, and enter a note and save.  Form indicates the record was saved.
  2. Click on a different Delinquency, or navigate to another tab, then come back to the original record that the note was entered for.  The note that was just entered doesn't show in the Lifecycle tab.
