After applying Patch 30096069 R12.HR_PF.C.DELTA.14 when attempting to run PAYAUDIT: Audit Report
the following error occurs.

MSG-00100: THIS TABLE IS NOT AN AUDIT TABLE

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using HRMS Manager Responsibility
2. Submit Process and reports
3. Choose Audit report
