While attempting to process a correction transaction on a Timecard,
"Retrieve Time from OTL" concurrent program errors with below message


ERROR:
Exception trying to call iSP store_timecard_details: x_return_status=, x_msg_data=, sqlerrm=ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: NULL index table key value
PO-120- Calculate the RTI values - StartUnexpected exception while processing results from Generic Retrieval: User-Defined Exception

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Purchasing responsibility
2. Run "Retreive timecards from OTL" program.
3. Find that the program ends with error.
