Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, EB Tax

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Taxes are not calculated on the AP invoice.
Users are selecting XXX from the tax classification window for the invoice line and validating the invoice, after validation no tax is calculated on the invoice amount.
