Service Request Severity Not Flowing To iSupport Created SRs (Doc ID 2724383.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to Release 12.2.9, the Severity value when used in a iSupport template to create Service Requests in the iSupport Portal does not propagate over to the Service Request created. The SR Severity defaults to 'Standard' severity irrespective of what user chooses on iSupport template.


Steps
(R) iSupport Homepage
(N) Create SR
Enter SR information using a Template 
Enter SR High Severity
Click on Submit

SR is created with Standard Severity.
