Incorrect Price Break Line Quantities While Duplicating Price List Line

On : 12.1.3 version, Price List
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to copy price list line by duplicating, the price break line quantities are not in sync.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the new copied price list line to have the same price break
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Price List
2. Query Price List
3. Select List Lines
List Lines
Item; Item Number; PCFG40194/BXG; Price Break Header
View Price Breaks for first line:
Volume; PPG Item Quantity; 40-199; 15.72
Volume; PPG Item Quantity; 200-519; 11.22
Volume; PPG Item Quantity; 520-999; 5.91
Volume; PPG Item Quantity; 1000-9999; 4.66
4. Add new line:
Go to 'Edit -> Duplicate -> Record Above'
View Price breaks for copied line:
List Lines
Item; Item Number; PCFG40194/BXG; Price Break Header
Price Break
Volume; PPG Item Quantity; 0-199; 15.72
Volume; PPG Item Quantity; 199-519; 11.22
Volume; PPG Item Quantity; 519-999; 5.91
Volume; PPG Item Quantity; 999-9999; 4.66
Quantities 'Value From' & 'Value To' are not in sync.
"QP: Continuous Price Breaks" profile option is set to 'N' at Site level
