Symptoms
Approving annual leave via replying to email notifications using Outlook after the Oracle Cloud Integration (OCI) migration
fails with the following error:

STEPS
-----------------------
1. An employee submits an annual leave request.
2. A notification is sent to the employee and their manager
3. Manager can approve the annual leave through Manager Self Service successfully.
4. Manger can approve the annual leave by clicking on the “Approve” link in the email notification. This is not working.
The error occurs with the bounce back email following step 4.
