WIP Supply Crossdock to Sales Order Demand Not Applied Properly (Doc ID 2725551.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Pick Drop

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After Opportunistic Crossdocking on WIP Completed LPN, following happens randomly
- LPN context is in-inventory
- Delivery line status is ready to release
- Reservation for sales order is with Inventory supply

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After Opportunistic Crossdocking on WIP Completed LPN
- LPN context should be Picked
- Delivery line status should be changed from ready to release (R) to stage pick confirmed (Y)
- Reservation for sales order should be with Inventory supply

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create and book ATO Sales Order
2. Progress Order to create eligible configuration
    Progress Order to create Supply Order
    Reservation is created for SO Demand with WIP Job Supply
3. Progress the WIP job.
4. Perform WIP completion from Mobile
5. Perform drop loaded LPN from Mobile
    Opportunistic Cross docking is applied and suggested Staging subinv and locator to drop
6. Complete the LPN Drop

WORKAROUND
--------------------------
Create dummy release rule and do sales order release again for stock in stage subinventory.
Delivery line status will be changed to staged/pick confirmed (Y).
