Symptoms
LPN allocations are not updating correctly when changed through Select Available Inventory form
A manual Move Order is created to move multiple LPNs of an item from 1 location to another.
Using the "Select Available Inventory" Form, specific LPNs are chosen. When the allocations are saved, the ATR/ATT is double caused on-hand availability to go negative.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a MOVE ORDER
2. Go to transact move order and select the available inventory
3. Choose LPN's and save form
