Symptoms
After upgrading to latest RUP and performing the post install steps, Prepayments process errors with the below message for a Direct Deposit type payment method (it can be another payment type too, but this is used in the current example) :
There is no default payment method for this payroll
STEPS
1. Upgrade to RUP 13 and perform the post install steps
2. Run quickpay and prepayments
3. Notice the above error
