On : 12.2.9 version, MICC Transfer to TSC
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
By default Required & Displayed is unchecked for Serial Number DFF .
But when performing receiving transaction for a serial controlled item, DFF in serial number entry form is expecting value.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Serial Number DFF should be worked as per the setup
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.29
2. Navigate to (R) Inventory > Transactions > Miscellaneous Transaction.
3. Enter the details and Click on Lot/Serial button.
4. Open the serial entry form.
5. Click on check box "Individual"
6. Click on DFF [..]
