Intercompany/Interorg Transfer Cannot Be Completed As Shipmement Does Not Appear in Forms or Transfer Report (Doc ID 2726400.1)

Symptoms

Unable to receive an Intercompany Transfer from one plant to another.
The shipment can be seen to have come from the origination site.
However, the destination site can not see the transfer to cancel and the shipment does not show up.
Neither is the transfer appearing on the transfer report.
