ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Getting OPM Quality Sample for Every Receipt When Plan is set for Every 5th Receipt
When set up OPM Quality Sampling Plan for a Raw Material to create a sample for every 5th receipt, however it is creating a sample for every receipt and should create after the 5th receipt.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To get a sample for every 5th receipt and not every receipt.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Sampling plan
2. Create spec and validity rule
3. Create a PO with Inventory item
4. When complete a receipt for the item with the sampling plan, we receive a sample for every receipt.
  We set up the Sample Plan for every 5th Receipt.
