Symptoms

When attempting to create a volume offer using OZF_OFFER_PUB.PROCESS_VO, the following error occurs.

API Return status:U ==>ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error in Package OZF_OFFER_PUB Procedure process_vo
API Not Executed Successfully

1. Try to create a volume offer using OZF_OFFER_PUB.PROCESS_VO
2. Get the error
