Symptoms

When attempting to run ECC Data Load program, observe it fails with following error

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small

ORA-06512: at "APPS.EAM_ECC_ASSETS_UTIL_PVT", line 2258ORA-06512: at line 1

 

To reproduce the issue, use below steps

1. Responsibility Enterprise Asset Management

2. Run Enterprise Asset Management Command Center Full Data Load

3. Observe the workers logs for dataset = eam-asset and dataset = eam-asset-attrs fails with the specified error
