On : 12.2.9 version, Multiplatform Sync Errors
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In R12.2.9 unable to Sync from Mobile Field Service even after running upload mobile Data having the sync issue
uploading data to server’ message comes, stays the same and then there is no progress.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the sync to complete as normal
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Mobile Field Service Multi platform application
2. Perform initial installation
3. Perform sync
