Field Service Technician Portal Personalization (CsfPoUpdateTaskPG) To Default Quantity Is Not Working (Doc ID 2727556.1)

Symptoms

When trying to personalize page CsfPoUpdateTaskPG in Field Service Technician Portal to default an Item and Quantity in the Expense section, find that the item is defaulting when technician is clicking on the 'Add Another Row' button but the quantity will not.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Go to the HTML Debrief page.
2. In the Labor section, click on the Personalize "Expense Table" link.
3. Click Expand All.
4. Find the 'Message Text Input: Quantity'.
5. Set the default value at responsibility level to 1.
6. Apply
