Symptoms
On 12.2.6 -
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that it is not possible to drag and drop a resource task to a later date on the same resource in Gantt chart.
STEPS
---------
1. Log into HTML Dispatch Center
2. Go to Dispatch Center Dashboard
3. Highlight a Resource
4. Try to drag and drop a Task to a later date.
Able to start dragging the Task, but cannot drop it.
