Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Subledger Accounting

After exporting Account Derivation Rules from one instance and uploading into another instance, it was found that one Account Derivation Rule has a condition that was modified. In the Account Derivation Rules form, users query the rule and
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
APP-XLA-95103: An Internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:
An internal error has occurred in the program xla_flex_pkg.get_flex_value_meaning. ORA-01403: no data found.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: OPM Financials
2. Navigation: Setup > Subledger Accounting Setups > Accounting Methods Builder > Account Derivation Rules
3. Query the rule.
